Let's say that times are challenging, and that is a reminder to reconnect to the reason of why I do what I do: practicing yoga, teaching yoga, relating to others (people, my cat Shakti, the planet, myself...).
We are bringing a group of people to a yoga retreat in Guanajuato, Mexico, in February 2017. This morning, after teaching a class, the smile came to my face as I saw a photo of the arrival of 35 blankets to "Purisima de Chamacuero", the lovely ranch where the retreat will be.
This means a lot to me, to bring a group to my birth country, and to have these smooth blankets that will serve as padding for our heads and knees, that will warm us up in our resting moments, just made my day.
May your day have a little but meaningful joy as well. May we all be happy, may we all be free.
