Join us during this Summer and, as you practice the early morning class, explore some of the Key Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
We will explore as well postures for Focus and Concentration, and some cooling Pranayama (breathing) techniques, to keep you balanced in this the warmest time of the year.

Week 1: Sutra 1. 2
"Yoga is the ability to direct the mind exclusively toward an object and sustain that direction without any distractions"
Week 2: Sutra 2.1
"The practice of Yoga must reduce both physical and mental impurities. It must develop our capacity for self examination and help us to understand that, in the final analysis, we are not the masters of everything we do".
Week 3: Sutra 2.16
"Painful effects that are likely to occur should be anticipated and avoided".
