Group Class: What to expect?

You can think of this practice as a mindful breath and movement exploration. As a way to create a better relationship with your breath, your spine, your nervous system, and ultimately, with yourself.

You will receive personal attention, modifications and adaptations will be offered to suit your needs.

The practice will be mindful with attention to alignment and safety.

There will be a space for exploration, inquiry & creativity.

Some practices may include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Chanting.

Often a poem will be shared at the beginning and end of the session.
