• You can think of this practice as a mindful breath and movement exploration. As a way to create a better relationship with your breath, your spine, your nervous system, and ultimately, with yourself.

  • You will receive personal attention, modifications and adaptations will be offered to suit your needs.

  • The practice will be mindful with attention to alignment and safety.

  • There will be a space for exploration, inquiry & creativity.

  • Some practices may include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Chanting.

  • Often a poem will be shared at the beginning and end of the session.

"Show up, do your best, and let your best be good enough".

Words borrowed from a workshop with Rolph Gates, Portland 2016
