Group Class: What to expect?

  • A variety of dynamic and static postures, in which the breath leads the body, prioritizing breath and spine awareness.

  • You will receive personal attention, modifications and adaptations will be offered to suit your needs.

  • The practice will be mindful with attention to alignment and safety.

  • There will be a space for exploration, inquiry & creativity.

  • Some practices may include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Chanting.

  • Often a poem will be shared at the beginning and end of the session.
